Introduces `TransclusiveApp` along with `ShadowVodeComponent` and `ShadowVodeApp`
to dynamically load and render Vode modules within an isolated Shadow DOM.
Supports loading from URLs (`importComponentEffect`) or evaluating strings
(`evalComponentEffect`).
